Kyla loves to play with her friends Ella and Ethan, who I have been babysitting the past several weeks. We go over to their house for a "playdate" three to four times a week. Kyla has so much fun going to play with them each day that we are with them. In the mornings as soon as she gets dressed she for the day she starts asking for her coat, hat and shoes so that we can get out the door to go play. As soon as we pull into their garage and I open the back door of the car she says "Ella" or "baby". She gets such a big smile on her face when we see them and she is so caring for them too.

It is fun to watch how she acts around different kids. When she is with Ella who is only three months old, she wants to take care of her. She always wants to sit with me and help me hold the bottle, when Ella cries she hurries and runs to her, she lets me know when she thinks Ella wants out of her bouncy sit or wants to play with another toy. She is very gentle with Ella and acts like Ella is her own baby. With Ethan Kyla is very outgoing, hyper and constantly on the go. Kyla and Ethan like to run around chasing each other, dance to music, play with balls and balloons and act crazy. Since Ethan is bigger, 2 years 4 months old, he is sometimes a little rough with and pushes or tackles her, but she takes it really well and is getting tougher.

I am so glad that Kyla enjoys playing with Ella and Ethan as much as she does. I feel very lucky to have a job that I enjoy and that It does not take away from time with Kyla.
