Yesterday was a beautiful sunny and warm (40 degrees) day, so Jon, Kyla and I went to the zoo! We had a wonderful time walking around and enjoying the great spring weather. We picked a great day to go to the zoo because all of the animals were up walking around and playing enjoying the sunny weather. Kyla loves animals and loves to make the sounds that they each make so it made it a lot of fun to watch each animal and see Kyla's excitement. The Alaska Zoo, because of the cold, does not have all the typical animals that other zoos have, but Kyla liked seeing all of the moose, bears, wild cats, wolves, and birds. We decided to buy a seasons pass so we will be going back to the zoo a lot more with Kyla.
